Rooms are big dusty. Linen were old and dirty with burn marks in them. Bathrooms not very clean and fixtures are broken..no water bottles provided

The rooms themselves were spacious however the maintenance was pretty bad. When we got to the room the AC was not working, exhaust in the bathroom was not working. The bedsheets were super dirty. I definitely believe they WERE NOT WASHED. They helped us with the AC, said remote had an issue. After sometime there was water leaking from the indoor AC unit. With all these problems, we asked for a room change. The person incharge just said no to it and I had to insist. Later they took us to a room which smelled as if someone smoked cigarettes in it. Asked for a change again. The workers said "The smell is not strong, you can stay" At this point I lost my patience and had to take a serious tone. Finally they gave us another room which was OK. But I had to get the pillow covers changed. God knows if the bedsheets were washed in this room too. I carry my own set of sheets so just used them without asking them for making all these changes. Management should definitely improve maintenance and training is needed for staff on how they treat their customers. I am not paying to compromise and stay in whatever room you provide.

I had the pleasure of staying at Octave Brookefield Suite during my business visit to Bengaluru. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was humble and supportive. I would explicitly like to mention Mr. Alim for his support and assistance. He is an amazing person and super helpful. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. Thanks!

Good Location n spacious rooms but pathetic service and attitude of staff. No matter for how many days you stay they only give 2 small bottles of water only. I booked them for 4 nights and reason they gave for not giving mentioned complimentary water bottles is that they give only on check in. When you charge customers on per day basis you have to serve them daily. Neither they clean rooms on daily basis unless you request them number of times for which also they behave rudely and badly. Over all I don't recommend anyone to waste your money on this property

1. AC was not working so had to change the room 2. Mosquito repellent liquid was not filled 3. Handwash and body wash liquid was not filled 4. Bathroom was not clean. Hair was there. 5. Bedsheet and blanket was not clean and had many holes. Very disappointed with the stay.

Location of hotel is a plus, it is just 2mins walk from Kundalahalli gate. Their hospitality was good, people at the reception were friendly. Rooms were okay for a short stay, could have been better.

I stayed here second time. Things are different. They do not keep essential items in the room. For each item have to call them 5 times to get it. Sometimes will not get it. Disappointed. Rooms are spacious but no sound proofing. Construction happening outside. So not peaceful.

Rooms are spacious and very well maintained which was really impresive. Reception guy way very welcoming and had a pleasant stay at budget friendly price. Don't think too much if rooms are available , book it you won't regret. Well only con I found was tv channels were not recharged though it didn't bother me as i was ther for only one day.
